I have a dataplafond but I still able to use data over the limit. Why service doesn't stop when all bundle data is used??

Hello@kmayer  If you activate the data ceiling during a calendar month, it will take effect on the 1st of the following month.So perhaps you activated the data cap during this month and it will come into effect on November 1.

Where were you when you exceeded your data cap?
In The Netherlands
That’s inside the EU, so the cap should work.
Did you get messages that you exceeded your bundle?
I received the message that 100% was used but in the app I see that I overused a bundle and there is an extra price for it
