Can my eSIM can be unblocked?

Hello. I just noticed my eSIM is blocked, so I can’t use my phone (my sim card status said: blocked for both outgoing and incoming calls).

just 2 days ago, It worked well, Idk why it happened suddenly.

I guess I need to reactivate my eSIM, but I can’t call the service center because I can’t make any calls with my phone. Please help me reactivate it as soon as possible.
