Hi, I'm new for using simyo and yesterday I just bought a 2GB data bundle when I had €35 credit. I buy it around €12, but I don't know why after that session, the system still drained all my remaining credit (beltegoed) around €21 instead of using the bundle. I still have 1.8GB left but my credit is €0 now. How can this be happened? Can someone help me?

Thanks in advance

Hello @dottoto,

Thank your for your message. I understand that it can be frustrating to see your credit being used up faster than expected. I have looked into this for you. The reason your credit was used is that mobile data charges were incurred before you purchased the 2 GB bundle. Unfortunately, the bundle cannot be used for past usage and can only be used from the moment it becomes active.

In addition, we sent you several notifications about this, both by SMS and email, to inform you about the out-of-bundle data usage and the associated costs. The fact that you still have 1.8 GB remaining in your bundle shows that the bundle has been used for your data usage since it was activated. The credit that was used relates to the data usage that occurred before the bundle became active.

Greetings,
Khadija
