PUK number wrong.

Hello,
today my phone crashed and when i attempted to log back in, I had to enter my sim code. Yet I did not know my SIM code. After further advice I was told that I should simply enter my personal PUK code. That is what I attempted to do. I have access to my PUK code through the simyo website. Yet when I attempted to enter the PUK code, my phone states that it is the wrong code. I have attempted to enter the same code three times and am certain that I have not done a mistake when typing in that code. For your information I use an E-SIM and use a Samsung galaxy S22. What should I do now?

I'm sorry to hear you have all these problems with your eSIM, I will try to help you the best I can.

Did your phone ask you to enter your PUK code? You only have to enter your PUK code if the phone specifically asks for it. What is the current pop up you see? Are you able to send me a picture?
