Phone not available as existing customer

Hi, 

I am an existing customer, with my subcription ending in July 26. 
I am trying to go for the Pixel 10 Pro, but the 256 model is not available through the contract extension page https://mijn.simyo.nl/verlengen/telefoons/google/pixel-10-pro/256-gb-zwart. It is however available if I were to be a new customer… https://www.simyo.nl/telefoons/google/pixel-10-pro/256-gb-grijs

How can this be solved? Thank you

Seems it is unavailable in all cases now… Both for existing and new customers. Do note you have gray/grijs in one link and black/zwart as colour in the other link. Possibly there was a gray 256 GB in stock, but no black one. Possibly that may have been a difference.

Do you see all the other phone's when you try to order a phone with your subscription?

I'm sorry, i've missed that you mentioned 256 GB. I indeed see that this one is out of stock right now like ​@Groentjuh mentioned. 

We don't know when this will be available again. You have to keep an eye on our website to know when it will be available.

Can’t you simply buy the phone elsewhere?
