When can I end my subscription?

Hello guys.

End of my subscription is 20th of August.

I want to stop using my SIM from 1st of August.

Is it possible? How much will it be for me? And what should I do for it?
Or it's better just wait till the end of the subscription?
And if it's better to wait. When and how should I cancel my number?

Welcome to the Simyo forum.

Unfortunately it is not possible to end your subscription before the 20th of August, unless you pay off your contract. With only 20 days left it is much easier to just wait untill your contract expires.

You can end your subscription on 'Mijn Simyo' > Instellingen > Abonnement. You can do this two months in advance.

If you want to take your phone number to another provider you don't have to cancel your subcribtion. Your new provider will take care of this before they take over your number.

Hi Nikita,
So you don't want to use your phone number anymore?
If you cancel your subscription via Mijn Simyo, than your subscription will be end on the 1th of August. To end your subscription on this date, you need to cancel it this month. After you are logged in, you need to choose Instellingen -> Abonnement. There you will see the option 'Abonnement opzeggen'.
The amount of € 10,50 we will charge because you have end your subscription earlier than your end date. This will happen automatically.
Could you let me know if you have end your subscription via Mijn Simyo.

Sorry so I need to pay 10-50 and then also 20 for the bundle?
Or just 10-50 and that’s it.
So it will be cheaper for me to do it that way?
And yes, I’m not gonna use this number anymore cause I’m leaving NL.
