Ik heb je abonnement voor je opgezegd. Je simkaart zal per vandaag worden geblokkeerd.
Op 13 augustus is er een email naar je gestuurd dat je simkaartnummer niet correct is.

How unfortunate that you can't end your subscription with us 😞 I'm sorry to read that you want to end it.
We had some trouble with the possibility to stop the subscription. Our IT-team fixed the problem this morning. Can you go through all the steps again? Make sure you scroll way down and click on 'abonnement opzeggen'. You will be redirected to another page where you need to confirm the cancellation. You will get the conformation via e-mail. If you don't get this e-mail, you forgot a step.
