Hey, anyone also having issues with connectivity with the Iphone 11? 
i have reported to Simyo many many many times yet they are doing nothing about only advising they are trying to resolve!!

i have had problems for over 1 month! No one can help at customer service just face value “we are sorry!”

Not good enough!

Good to hear if anyone else has same issues and what has been the response from Simyo!

 

Simyo dont give a damn and just keep taking the money! Not even a notice on their webiste, no calls to advise customers, no solutions!

 

And to make it worse i didnt even realise part of KPN company! Find it hard to believe these huge companies dont give a ….!
