My roaming has not worked at all this month. I first noticed the issue when travelling 2 weeks ago, and contacted the customer support which was of no help. They tried everything from having me manually select networks, update apn settings and resetting my e-sim. However, I am travelling again today and am still having the same problem.
My phone will not automatically connect to a network, and even when I manually select, only one will give me service. I will then have service but no internet.
I did not have any issues when travelling last month, so I do not know why I’m suddenly having this extremely inconveniencing issue this month.
Can someone please help me find a solution.
