extreme high data cost for 12 mb that i didnt agree to, what now?

Hello, I was driving from croatia to bosnia land when i crossed the border, my google map suddenly stopped working and when i check my phone i suddenly already have to pay 60 euro. I didnt know that bosnia is not included in the bundle, and yes they did send me sms when i crossed the border, but how could i possibly checked my phone while driving and turned off my data to avoid the super high extra cost? My partner has other provided and the provider not just sent the sms regarding the out of bundle cost, but they also ASKED for comfirmation whether we want to pay for the internet or not, instead of just charging the money right away. I am not sure whether there is a way out for this because I think its really unfair to pay for this 60 euro 🥲

Thank you for your message. It's unfortunate to hear you made extra costs.

Your bundles aren't valid outside zone 1. We do send a text message when you make a connection with a network in another country including information whether your bundles are valid or not. You can also find an overview per country on our website. Check this beforehand so you can turn off your internet on time in your phone or my Simyo settings. 

I understand you didn't mean to make any costs. I would like to take a look with you. Can you send me a private message with your phone number, date of birth, e-mailadres and postcode + house number?
