I have Iphone 12, and I have my main physical sim card (lithuanian) and esim from this provider (netherlands) both card have service when I am in the Netherlands. However today I flew to Lithuania and my esim card with the dutch number says that there is “NO SERVICE” I tried to restart my phone still have same issue, and my physical sim card which is working normal, so i am really wondering what is the issue, is it because Lithuania doesn’t support that service of esim or this esim card cannot be used abroad?

Thankyou for your message. Good of you to get in touch!
I immediately took a look at your connection but I see that you don't have the option ''Bellen in en naar het buitenland'' and ''Internet in het buitenland'' enabled on the SIM card (eSIM). You can enable this via Mijn Simyo > Instellingen > Internet en bellen. If you restart your device after this, everything should work.
