I am a Simyo customer with a prepaid eSim card.
In the past I installed and used the eSim on my old mobile, and now I would like to re-install it on my brand-new mobile.
What should I do exactly to install it without problems?
Currently I am still using it on the old mobile.
On the Simyo app I found one page to install an eSim on a mobile but it looks like that one code is required from the Customer Service to proceed.
Could you please help me?
