Why is my simcard disfuncional for months?

My SIM card is not working for the last two months (the full June, the full may, and it only worked one day in April) in desperate. I've tried everything, maybe it's due to the fact that I changed from Ben to Simyo? Un seriously considering to give up my subscription if it can't be fixed and I'd definitely need all these months refund, since I haven't been able to consume any of my bundle, and only been using my phone under WiFi. It's been very uncomfortable.

Thank you for your message. I'm sorry to read that you have no service with your Simyo simcard. 

I'm also wondering why you did not contact us earlier to we could have solve the problem for you. I see that you already spoke today with one of my colleagues. I would like to advice you to take contact trough one channel to avoid miscommunication. 

Hopefully you can try the simcard in another device to check where the problem is. My co-worker will help you further.

Why did you not report the problem earlier? If the sim card stopped working two months ago, chances are Simyo could have provided a fix and you would not have been without telephone for two months… 

Anyway a forum moderator will soon respond and you will be up and running in no time.
