Why is my SIM card not delivered?

Hello.

The emails relating to the SIM card purchase and activation said that it would be delivered in 2 days. It has been a week since then. I would like to know if delays like this are common and it will eventually be delivered, or if there is an issue with its delivery. How can I learn of where it is in the delivery process?

It indeed should be delivered within 2 working days. Can you send me a private message with your personal information? Then i will send you a new simcard!
