Hi

I received my sim card a couple of days ago, I set up the app. The sim card is now active on the app and I can see my password. But my device does not notice the sim card. I have also tried it with 2 other devices but none of them notices the simyo simcard. I think there may be a problem with the sim card. Could you please help me on this issue.

This is not a very good way to start off. Sorry for the inconvenience! :sweat_smile:

Given the fact that you already tested your new sim card in several devices, I'm going to assume that the sim card is defective. A new one is on its way to your doorstep as we speak. It will probably arrive the day after tomorrow!
