Hi! I just got my SIM card and I activated it online but it says I can’t use it for an indefinite amount of time.

Is there something wrong with my bundle or my order? And if not, then I’m just wondering if it usually takes more or less time for this to happen because I need to be able to use this SIM card ASAP. Perhaps there’s someone I could contact to move this process along?

Did you order to move your old number onto this new connection? In that case bundle will activate after the number has been moved to prevent double fees.

Otherwise hopefully a moderator will visit during the weekend and can look into what is going on in this case.

As far as I can tell there's nothing wrong with your new subscription. Your sim card is active and so are your bundles.

Did you put our sim card into a cell phone yet to see if it works? Because I can't really tell if you did from your message :sweat_smile:
