Just tried to activate my simcard. I do however need my sim and PUK code to do that.
I might have misunderstood something, as all of the info you've send me is in Dutch, which I do not understand..
I've contacted you through email and tried with twitter as well, the later isn't working for some reason.
So could you please get back in touch with me asap, as I need to make some important phonecalls.

Your SIM and PUK code can be found in your Mijn Simyo page. Although your Ducht may not that good, the Mijn Simyo page should be understandable.

Great to see you received the e-mail from our customer service team. I'm sure they said that you can find your Pin and Puk codes on Mijn Simyo.
