E sim activate didn’t work.

Thank you for your message. How inconvenient that installing the eSIM is not working! You can install the eSIM via the Mijn Simyo app > Instellingen > Simkaart > Overstappen naar eSIM. If you cannot receive the validation code by SMS, could you send me a private message with your personal data? Then I can send this code to you by e-mail and we can install the eSIM together!
