I'm writing because I haven't been able to activate the eSIM. I downloaded the app and the eSIM is installed in the phone but in the app it says it is blocked for calls (geblokkeerd voor zowel uitgaande als inkomende gesprekken) but I can’t use the data also, and in the phone settings not even the number appears. When I try to log in to mijn simyo it looks like I haven't signed the contract, but the webpage don't let me sign, it throws an error. Furthermore, I signed the contract in the app when I was installing the eSIM.
Can you help me please?
