I'm writing because I haven't been able to activate the eSIM. I downloaded the app and the eSIM is installed in the phone but in the app it says it is blocked for calls (geblokkeerd voor zowel uitgaande als inkomende gesprekken) but I can’t use the data also, and in the phone settings not even the number appears. When I try to log in to mijn simyo it looks like I haven't signed the contract, but the webpage don't let me sign, it throws an error. Furthermore, I signed the contract in the app when I was installing the eSIM.

 

Can you help me please?

Thankyou for your message. I'm sorry to see that you can not download the eSIM! Good that you contact us.

What do you see when you try to download the eSIM trough the Mijn Simyo app > Instellingen > Simkaart > Overstappen naar eSIM? Do you get an option to fill in the validation code? If not, can you send me a private message with your personal information? Then i will ask the technical department to have a look at it!
