You can always find your original pin code in your my Simyo. Log in > instellingen > simkaart > pin code. 

Here you can also find your puk which you need when you've entered the sim pin code wrong too many times.

With an eSIM, you don't have a pin code, nor is it possible to set a pin code with it. I recommend setting a pin code in your phone itself if you'd like to do this.
