Re-activate esim, how do I receive the verification code?

Hi,

I accidentaly deleted my esim from my iPhone. I tried reactivating it with my plastic esim, but because it got deacitvated after creating the esim, I cannot receive sms. I tried reinstalling the Mijn Simyo app, but because I can’t receive SMS’s I cannot even access the app anymore. For this reason I cannot activate again the esim. Would it be possible for someone to forward me the codes needed for the app and the Esim?
