Problem with e-SIM compatibility

Good morning. I recently subscribed to one of your eSIM contacts, and in the phase of subscription it resulted that my phone (HONOR 90) should be compatible with the eSIM. However, now that I downloaded and logged in in the app, it says that my phone doesn't have an eSIM and to contact customer service to see which options are now possible. Can you help me with this issue?

I have recently read that when a phone has been bought in another country that Esim gives troubles at Simyo. Where did you buy your phone?

Dear ​@LorenzoV If an e-sim does not work, you can ask Simyo for a physical sim card. Please wait for a moderator's response.
