Prepaid SIM card not working?

Dear Simyo Customer Service,

I have ordered a new prepaid SIM card while retaining my old Dutch telephone number. Currently, I am outside the Netherlands in another European country. Upon inserting the SIM card into my phone and entering the PIN code provided via email, my phone displays "no SIM card," and i can not use it. 

Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue? My number is 06XXXXXXXX, and the number transfer occurred on 30-09-2024.

Thanks for your message. First of all, I want to point out that sharing personal information on a public forum is not safe. Therefore, I have removed your phone number from your message as a precaution. Have you tried inserting the SIM card into another phone to see if the same issue occurs? If it does, the problem unfortunately lies within the SIM card. In that case, I can send you a new SIM card free of charge. Could you please send me a private message with your phone number and personal information?
