New phone but have new bank information/lost bank card, can't receive validationcode?

I got a new phone and thus lost my eSim, but cannot get the 0.01 euro confirmation payment to reactive my sim on my new phone as I cant log into my banking app on my new phone. Could I receive a code in an email as I’ve seen mentioned in other posts here?
