@Roeqajja In the private message, you said you would verify me. I replied to you, but you didn't reply to me. If you can't help me switch eSim to the new device, can you refund my order? You can check my account and package. I didn't install eSim successfully, so there is no trace of use. I used PayPal to pay. If I have to, I will consider filing a dispute with PayPal.

I have received and also replied to your private message. Unfortunately, you don't pass verification so I can't send you a validation code for your eSIM. If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so via our website. Keep in mind that your cancel notice is 14 days after your purchase.
