It might be wise to block your simcard, because it could be in the wrong hands.

To do so:

Login at "Mijn Simyo"

Goto the tab "Mijn instellingen & Simkaart"

And click "Blokkeer simkaart" (twice).

This will block your simcard and prevent everybody from using it.



To buy a new simcard(costs are 5 euro; those added to your next bill):

Login at "Mijn Simyo"

Goto the tab "Mijn instellingen & Simkaart"

And click "Aanvragen vervangende simkaart"

Select to wanted simcard size: Normal, micro or nano and click "bestel simkaart"

Once you have received your simcard, login at "Mijn simyo" again to activate your new simcard.
