Dear Simyo forum managers,



I ordered and payed my prepaid simcard on sunday 13/09. Few hours after the payment had occurred I received two e-mails containing all the Simyo codes (PIN, PUK, MySimyo account data). The first email told me that I would have received my simcard within three working days; however, I still haven't received anything in my mailbox.

Could you please help me solving this problem? Shall I forward you a receipt of the payment in order to receive my simcard despite the first email clearly told me that I would have received it in three working days?

Please check whether your address listed in Mijn Sinyo is correct. Maybe the sim was sent to the wrong address.

You've seem to contact our e-mail team and discovered that you didn't gave up the correct house number while ordering the simcard. Happily you changed the address so I can sent you a new one. You'll receive it within 3 days 🙂. Can you let us know when you've receive it?
