I did not recieve my simcard, what now?

Hi everyone,

I'm new in Simyo. I  purchased a SIM card abonnement last week.. I'm still waiting for a SIM card. On the website, it is written that the SIM card will be delivered within 2 days. I've been waiting for a SIM card for a week.

Can you please help me? I can share my phone number if you'd like.
