I deleted my e-sim, what now?

Hi, when I was installing my e-sim, something wrong happened, so I got out of the app and wait. Then it kept displaying to me that the sim didnt work, so i called your customer service. However, the employee i talked to couldnt solve my problem and asked me to hang on so that she could find another one who could help me, and I hung up because I waited too long. After that I deleted the e-sim from my phone thinking I could book another SIM, but I couldn’t (I linked my bank to that new order but havent received an email yet, so I hope that didnt work). Please help me re-install my e-SIM and cancel the new order. Thank you so much!

Please reply to my private message. Yesterday I’ve sent you my personal information through the chat right after you asked me to but still have yet to receive another reply as in how to fix this problem. I would appreciate it if you can help me as soon as possible, as I am desperate to have my e-sim activated now.
