I ordered an eSIM but it says it does not work on the Simyo app. Can I receive a physical SIM instead?

We're sorry to hear that you're not able to install our eSIM. What type of phone do you have? Did you check if your phone was compatible with our eSIM before you ordered it?

According to our data you requested a physical SIM this morning. You should be receiving that tomorrow or the day after. After activating it on Mijn Simyo, everything should work as intended.
