How can I active eSIM on my new-phone?

I installed My Simyo app on my second new phone (for my child) today. I paid €0.01 through my banking app on my first phone (my own device), but maybe that wasn’t the right way? I couldn’t proceed to the next step.

Thank you for your message. I'm sorry to read that you can not download the eSIM on the new phone! 

Did you already deleted the eSIM from the old phone? Is the new phone bought abroad or in the Netherlands? If it is bought abroad it might be that the eSIM can not be installed because of the software. If it is not bought abroad you can delete the eSIM from the old device and after that it should work on the new phone. 

I would like to hear if it works with these steps!
