hi i purchased new data for my esim yeaterday. everything was working fine until suddenly the 4g logo disappeared on my iphone 14.

 

i have no connection and cant call. i am really frustrated, because i had to skip working delivery as no mobile suddenly. 

 

i have reset my phone, reinstalled the sim, but nothing works

 

please help

I see on your account that your eSIM is blocked because your credit is finished. To unblock your eSIM, you can top up your credit through Mijn Simyo or through our website. You can then reboot your phone. After that, your eSIM should work again. :)
