Thank you for your message. I'm sorry to hear that the transfer of your eSIM isn’t working! You can install the eSIM through the Mijn Simyo app on your new phone. You have to go to Instellingen> Simkaart> Overstappen naar eSIM. You'll need to enter the validation code that you receive throught a text message. If you can't receive the validation code through text, you can send me a private message with your phone number and personal information. I can send you the code by e-mail then 😊.
