I blocked my SIM Card because I thought I had lost it - now that I got it back how can I deblock it? Or is only a service member enabled to do that?

Yes, only somebody at Simyo can do that. I expect that a forum moderator will sort this out within the next 24 h or so. But if you are in a hurry you can phone Customer Services on 1200 (free from any Simyo mobile phone) or 0900-8090 (0.35 Euro per call) from any land line. You can call between 9am and 5.30pm on weekdays.
