Card does not work after number porting

Dear all,

I hope it is okay to write in English as my written Dutch is not that good. Please feel free to still reply in Dutch, if you want so.

I recently got a contract (abonnement) with Simyo and asked for number porting from my old simyo prepaid card to my new one. Yesterday I got the e-mail that my old number had been given free and was now swapped to my new simyo card.

Since then my old simyo card is not working anymore, which is of course clear. However, also my new simcard does not work. I can receive phone calls and sms to it if people try to reach me on my old existing number but I can do neither myself. If I try to phone a recording tells me that my phonenumber "has been disconnected to administrative reasons". 

Can anybody help?

Beste mercany,

Uit onze gegevens blijkt dat je reeds gebruik hebt gemaakt van je aansluiting. Wij gaan er van uit dat het probleem is verholpen. Laat ons even weten als dit niet het geval is.
