Request to Transfer Current Number to New SIM-Only Bundle?

Hello,

I noticed that the new SIM-only bundle offers more data at a lower cost. At the moment, my bundle includes 15 GB, but I would like to upgrade to 20 GB. However I don’t see this option available in my Simyo app. Since my current bundle can be terminated monthly, I am considering ending it and starting a new contract.

I would like to keep my current phone number and was wondering if you could assist me with transferring it to the new bundle package.

I see that switching is possible on the website (but not in the app). I’ve already made the switch, so no further action is needed I suppose. Thank you!
