How do I cancel my subscription? I have the monthly rolling contract, I need to cancel for the end of January. Can I council now but still use it until the month is over?

You can cancel your subscription through Mijn Simyo at Instellingen> Abonnement> Opzeggen. If successful, you will immediately receive a confirmation e-mail. Please note that you have a legal notice period of 30 days.
