I am using a pre-paid sim and the sim was not in use for few months, now the status is shown as blocked. Can you unblock the sim pls.

I see that you've already contacted our customer service about this. You sim card was blocked because you ran out of calling credit. Now that you've topped up your credit, your sim card status is active again. 🙂

Hi,
After adding the credit, I don’t see Network on the phone. I have tried re-starting, change network to manual selection etc etc. Have waited for 24 hrs as well. Still there is no network. Can you suggest what to do now.

At first glance, I see that everything should just work. Have you tried testing out your SIM card in another phone? If so, I'd love to hear from you what the result of this is. If your SIM card doesn't work in another phone either, I would be happy to send you a new SIM card.
