Question about the bill?

I just received the email saying that my sim is blocked due to high usage and I found out that my 2 calls around 2minutes in total charged me 133 euro. It is totally different from what the message said when I arrived Turkiye. I don’t know how 2 minutes call can cost 133 euro.

Can you please explain this? since I need my phone, I already paid the amount to unblock my sim.

Hoi @DaHye,

Thanks for your message. It seems your calls were not  2 minutes but rather 1 hour and 2 minutes (first call in your screenshot) and 42 minutes (second call in your screenshot). This is the reason that your bill is this high. If you have any other questions please let me know.
