I thought that with my prepaid account I could only spend that what I have upgrated to my account to prevent further unintended costs like this. Thats why I have prepaid, but it did not!! In one afternoon I had super high costs for internet usage without even using my phone! When I checked my phone around 7 pm i found out! I think this is really not ok that this is possible with a prepaid!! What now??
