Hi,
I've been emailing back and forth with Simyo and it's getting very frustrating now. My bank account was debited for Euro10 on Jan 16 for a "beltegoed" that was not credited to my mobile phone. My "Mijn Simyo" also showed it was paid but the "beltegoed" was not credited. All these records are in your system, can you not see it. Today I sent via email a screenshot to point this out. Can anyone help me resolve the issue?
