Hi Team,



On Simyo website, in My Simyo section, whenever I try to alter my subscription I get error page https://mijn.simyo.nl/selfcare2/servlet/Error

I get following when I click on some other links in the My Simyo section. I tried using IE and Chrome. Same problem.

Hoe kunnen we je verder helpen?

You can change your subscription until the 24th of the month for the next month. Because our system was processing the changes for December you unfortunately experienced this problem.



I would recommend you to try it again today and then you will be able to make adjustments to your subscription for January 🙂.
