How do I change from Prepaid to Sim Only?

Hello!

I have a Simyo prepaid account, but I wish to change to a Sim Only account. Is this possible somehow? I found this thread, but I do not see the 'Overstappen naar Simyo abonnement' on my Simyo-page.

Hi mortenfb, welcome on the Simyo forum! :)

The button nowadays is called 'stap over naar Sim only' and can be found on the tab 'Overzicht'.

Click on it, choose the bundles you want and within 1 working day your prepaid will be changed to a subscription 😃
