I have a question. I have logged in "Mijn Simyo" and I am trying to downgrade my subscription from 200 Min / month to 100 Min / month and my Internet Bundle from 500 MB to 200 MB / month. The problem is that, when I hit the button to change it, I get an "Error 500". Here is a screenshot of the process.

Yesterday it wasn't possible to change your plan, but today it is. Your plan will be reset on 1-7-2013.
