I was  wondering if it’s possible to translate the MySimJo app to English or if  this is not an available feature?

Technically it is certainly possible to add different languages to an app, as is demonstrated by apps that cater for a wide international audience such as the Euronews app. However, Simyo being a low-cost telecom provider which specifically aims to serve cost conscious Dutch customers it will not be economically attractive to invest money in developing a multilingual website and app.

But you are not entirely out of luck, since there are people on this forum (moderators and some Simyo customers) who are fluent in English and who will be more than happy to help if you run into a problem and your grasp of the Dutch language is limited.

Thanks for your question! I completely understand why you'd like to see this feature. Over the past few months I've noticed a lot of English speaking customers requesting the same thing. I've already passed this feedback on to the relevant teams and departments. While I can't promise that this feature will be added right away, I'm hopeful that it may be implemented in the future. 😊

As ​@Scotsman mentioned, all of the moderators on this forum as well as some customer service reps are fluent in English and are happy to help you.
