I attemped (twice) to purchase a phone subscription (Samsung A57 5G) with you guys a few days ago. The one time payments were removed from my bank account 23.78 total, even though the subscription was denied due to a '’risk assessment'’. 

 

The reason I attmeped to buy the subscription plan again is due to one of your customer service reprisentatives that assisted me over the phone suggested that I  try again. 

 

I want to know when this money will be placed back into my bank account as I find it rediculous that it was removed in the first place without a preliminary evalution.
