Dear Simyo,
Since yesterday morning my mobile internet has not been working. When I try to launch my web browser, it says 'Packet data: Packet data not availble. Check network services.' Furthermore, internet applications such as Whatsapp does not work either.
I have tried turning off the phone and removing the sim card and then turning it on again as well as redefining the access point but no luck.
I can still make and recieve calls. On Mijn Simyo, it says I still have 163 of the 200MB.
I sincerely hope this matter can be resolved quickly.
