Hi there!!

My mobile internet/4G is not working even though I have had my monthly reset to 15.000 MB…

I have searched for ways to restart it but nothing is working… 

 

Could you please help me troubleshoot ?

Thanks for your message. I'm sorry to hear that your internet is not working.

Could you please follow the steps on these two pages: Internet op mobiel werkt niet and Handmatig mobiel internet instellen? This should get your internet working again. Please let me know if this has solved your issue.
