Why is my 5G speed so slow on my iPhone 15 pro?

Is there someway to reset or better the speed? Otherwise I am thinking of switching.

Thank you for your message. I'm sorry to read that you have a bad connection with our network! 

Is this at specific location where the internet is slow or is this everywhere? Did you already tried our toestelhulp? With these settings you can fix a lot of problems! 

I've also did a reset on the internet of your simcard. Can you turn off the phone for 10 minutes so the reset can complete?

I would like to hear if the internet works better after the reset.

I restarted my phone and waited 10 mins until i turned it on and it is still showing 1 bar of network strength. It feels like a cheap e-sim i get when travelling. That shouldnt be the case when I have a subscription in the country of residence.

I am in the middle of Amsterdam where my old sim always had 5 bars connection.
