Why do i have extra data costs?

Dear Simyo Customer Service,

I have noticed that I have been charged an additional 60 euros for internet fee, which is quite expensive for me. It seems that the internet usage did not automatically stop after I used up my included data volume. I find the rate of €0.15 per MB to be too high and unreasonable.

I kindly ask you to review my billing and consider a goodwill adjustment.

Thank you for your message. I'm sorry to read that you made extra costs! 

to avoid extra costs we always send two warning text messages. One at 80% usage of the internet bundle and when the internet bundle is fully used. It is true that the data limit is not included in your subscription, i see that you already added this yo your subscription for €0,50 per month, good! 

Can you send me a private message with your personal information? Then i would like to check if there is something we can do about the costs.
